The office titles used in SADSACKS are rather strange indeed, but they lend some truth to
the "fun" nature of the organization. Below is a table showing the SADSACK Officer Titles,
their equivalent (where one exists) in the AMVETS organization, and then below the table is a
description of the duties for each officer.
| SADSACK OFFICE | EQUIVALENT AMVETS OFFICE | |
|---|---|---|
| Saddest | Commander | |
| Almost Saddest | 1st Vice Commander | |
| Almost But Not Quite Saddest | 2nd Vice Commander | |
| Hoosegow | Provost Marshall | |
| Squire | Judge Advocate | |
| Solemnest | Chaplain | |
| Moneybags | Finance Officer | |
| Feathers | Adjutant | |
| Worm | Historian | |
| Noseyest | Public Relations Officer | |
| Grabbiest | Quartermaster | |
| Crying Jag | Chief Complainer (not really an AMVETS office) | |
| Cut-Up | Cut up ties and secures all inappropriate head gear (Once again, not an AMVETS office) | |
| Extra Bags | Assist in collecting fines and policing the sack for violations (again, not an AMVETS office) |
